AVAILABLE TRAINING
During these internships, it is possible to take the following training courses :
The « Normoxic Trimix Diver » training program is designed for divers who want to dive in the 39 to 60 meter zone safely and without the effect of narcosis.
Thanks to the low narcotic potential of helium, the trimix mixes are perfectly suited for deep diving, or for shallower dives that must be done with « a clear mind ».
During the training you will learn to plan and manage dives with a normoxic trimix (therefore breathable from the surface) in the 60 meter zone.
For decompressions, you will learn the use of mixtures enriched with oxygen up to 100%
Prerogatives :
60 meters with the use of normoxic trimix mixtures.
This training is the same as the “Normoxic Trimix Diver” program, but it prepares divers to use “travel” and decompression mixes (minimum 2 bottles) for dives up to 70 meters deep.
Prerogatives :
70 meters with the use of normoxic trimix mixtures comprising at least 18% O2 and with a maximum PO2 of 1.44 bars.
The « Advanced Trimix Diver » program is designed for experienced divers who are interested in deep diving.
During the training, you will learn to plan and manage dives with hypoxic trimix (therefore not breathable from the surface) to a depth of 100 meters, with the use of “travel” mixtures and several decompression mixtures (trimix, triox, nitrox, pure oxygen).
Prerogatives :
100 mètres.

IANTD « The Essentials » courses
It is a training particularly recommended for divers who wish to start a Tek diving course and it is essential to progress effectively towards the different levels of technical divers!
This training is also intended for all divers because it addresses the mastery of fundamental diving techniques (buoyancy, « trim », propulsions, assistance and self-assistance procedures, optimized configurations, etc.) and develops concepts of mental, physical and technical preparation for safe dives.
The “The Essentials” program consists of 3 levels:
– Essentials Diver
– Tek Lite Essentials Diver
– Technical Essentials Diver
Course duration: 1 weekend (+ 1 day in a natural environment for the « Technical » level).
Prerequisites:
Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent (CMAS 2 *, Level 2 …)
Minimum age: 15 years old
Training content :
Theory sessions: 4
Module 1: Mental and physical preparation:
This chapter discusses the diver’s thinking and motivations on these diving goals, training planning, diver education and the importance of repeating technical exercises.
Module 2: Configuration and basic techniques:
This chapter presents the different recommended configurations in order to increase the hydrodynamics, self-help and intervention capacities of divers.
It also includes advice on how to control buoyancy, the position of the diver (the famous « Trim ») and alternative propulsion techniques.
Module 3: Anatomy, Physiology and Physical Preparation:
With basic knowledge of the anatomy of the human body being taught at other levels in diver training, this part of the program instead focuses on often overlooked or poorly developed information like knowledge of the skeleton and how it is. used in diving, stretching techniques to improve the comfort and position of the diver in immersion, the muscles and their energy functioning, the importance of hydration and advice on sports diet.
Module 4: Exercises and mental preparation:
The objective of this part of the course is to develop harmony between body and mind, as well as a sense of responsibility in the diver, for himself and for his partner.
Mental preparation, concentration, visualization and breath control are the main chapters of this part of the course.
But, we also talk about concepts rarely discussed such as intuition or the survival instinct.
Practical training workshops on land / « land drills »: 2
The “land drills” sessions are very important because they allow to put into practice the subjects taught during the theory modules.
Verification and improvement of configurations, visualization and concentration exercises, estimation of capacities in the event of an air failure, assistance drills and stress management are among the techniques developed.
Dives in swimming pool / protected environment or natural environment: 2 to 4 dives for a minimum of 240 minutes of immersion.
During dives in natural and protected environments, divers confirm their mastery of the techniques discovered during the theory sessions and “land drills”.
Other important techniques are added to the program such as learning buoyancy and propulsion techniques, valve closing drills, gas sharing, handling of relay / deco bottles, consumption calculations (RMV ) and parachute deployment.
Maximum depth of formation: 12 meters
PRICE:
Training:
Essentials & Tek Lite Essentials: 450 euros
Technical Essentials: 550 euros
Educational materials: 50 euros
Certification: 65 euros
